Man, 2024 was intense...

Welcome to the Year of the Snake!

Well, one of my toes is healed up. I just put some more peroxide on to clean it up again.

My big toe still got that flesh wound, so I put Neosporin around it. Now I'm just taking the bandages off and letting the air do the healing from there while I keep the wounds clean.

And I put some Neosporin on my back too. gonna give it another day. and if that doesn't work, I'm bringing out the IcyHot.

I slipped on the wet concrete while I was getting groceries back at my house. It was still raining. I injured and scraped my toe. Skin came off, bleeding so bad. It hurts, and I'm scared at the sight of how much skin I lost and how much blood I'm losing... 😢

I'm at the hospital right now to get it treated. But I don't think I'll walk around as much until my foot heals... It hurts... It hurts so bad... 😭

Update:

They already cleaned and bandaged it up. No broken bones, thankfully. But I can't walk around with it too much until it heals.

And I bought some first aid stuff coming my way.

One thing's for sure, I'm never wearing those blasted flip-flops ever again.

Never again!

Inflation is totally kicking my tail right now. So, I'm left with no choice but to resort to drastic measures. I'm going to do a temporary increase on my commissions until the end of this month. All prices will be $5 more than their original prices until then!

Update: I'm extending the date to May 4th.

Just what I needed. A paper cut on my thumb. Won't be doing any drawings for a while... 😑

Bad news. The dentist office won't do anything, nor take my insurance. So I gotta call them and find out what dentist nearby that can cover surgeries or let me pay cheap out of pocket.

Really, I'm both disappointed and not surprised. Because having anything to do with dental is impossible.

Finally going to get rid of my final wisdom tooth tomorrow.

Honestly, I'm kinda nervous...

Facebook and Instagram are going through an outage out of nowhere.

Thankfully, it's not a hacker attack. Otherwise, I'd be REALLY pissed off.

So bad news. I may have to put my commissions and other planned artworks on hold for a while. My laptop is reaching it's last breath, and I'm still waiting on my tech friend to help me setup my desktop.

So for the time being, my art is benched and I'm taking a vacation, I guess.
