First we lost Lynne Marie Stewart (Miss Yvonne from Pee-Wee's Playhouse), the Michelle Trachtenberg (Harriet the Spy and Buffy the Vampire Slayer), and at 39 too..., and now Gene Hackman. Who I vaguely remember, and who's death was the most gruesome of all.

This is truly a sad day to be a Thomas fan... 😭

Britt Allcroft, the creator of Thomas & Friends, has passed away at the age of 81 on Christmas Day last year (they kept it private and waited til a few days ago this year to tell us that...).

It's thanks to her, that I got to love the Thomas the Tank Engine series when I was a baby. It's one of my favorite childhoods from way back then. Sure, there are alot of mediocre seasons and bad directions over the years. But it's always best to remember the good ones, and the memories being had with the show. It even inspired many fans to make their own Thomas related projects. Not just through the toys, but through CGI models as well. Rev. W. Awdry may have made the books, but Britt brought the world of Thomas to life; and she's been able to see it grow after 40 years. And to that, I say, R.I.P. and...

Man, 2024 was intense...

I doubt things will get any better in 2025, but hey. We can only hope...

Welcome to the Year of the Snake!

Well, one of my toes is healed up. I just put some more peroxide on to clean it up again.

My big toe still got that flesh wound, so I put Neosporin around it. Now I'm just taking the bandages off and letting the air do the healing from there while I keep the wounds clean.

And I put some Neosporin on my back too. gonna give it another day. and if that doesn't work, I'm bringing out the IcyHot.

I slipped on the wet concrete while I was getting groceries back at my house. It was still raining. I injured and scraped my toe. Skin came off, bleeding so bad. It hurts, and I'm scared at the sight of how much skin I lost and how much blood I'm losing... 😢

I'm at the hospital right now to get it treated. But I don't think I'll walk around as much until my foot heals... It hurts... It hurts so bad... 😭

Update:

They already cleaned and bandaged it up. No broken bones, thankfully. But I can't walk around with it too much until it heals.

And I bought some first aid stuff coming my way.

One thing's for sure, I'm never wearing those blasted flip-flops ever again.

Never again!

Inflation is totally kicking my tail right now. So, I'm left with no choice but to resort to drastic measures. I'm going to do a temporary increase on my commissions until the end of this month. All prices will be $5 more than their original prices until then!
